Geographer Café is an award-winning, corner lot pub with lots of flair for a Malaccan nightlife joint. Plenty of greenery, a trendy bar that dominates the interior, high tables and chairs and a clientele of both backpackers and locals, makes this place super popular.

Set in a traditional, pre-war Malaccan shop-house in Chinatown, the beautifully preserved building is a historical artefact in itself. The mixture of good Asian and Western pub grub, a funky, laidback and warm atmosphere, great music and friendly service are the main reasons people keep coming back. Featuring a very East-meets-West appeal, the tables set on the five-foot walkway and beyond provide the best views of Jonker Street. Similar to Limau-Limau Café, Geogrpaher Café is a favourite place to grab a pint on Friday and Saturday nights (during the Jonker Walk Night Market) and this friendly bar stays open late for drinks.
