• Vehicles are not permitted to be returned into Singapore
• A Surcharge of an RM50.00 for vehicle p/up, return, delivery or collection at all Hawk Stations before 0800 and after 1900hrs. Vehicle p/up at Airports between 1700hrs-2100hrs will incurred a surcharge of RM35.00. Between 2100-midnight RM50.00, after midnight RM150.00
• The government Service Tax of 6%will be charge to the rate
• Johor Bahru to Singapore city hotels and Changi Airport
  RM190.00 + 6% GST(Car transfer) per transfer
  RM280.00 + 6% GST(Van Transfer) per transfer
• Delivery Time: Between the hours 0800 to 1700 hrs
• A Surcharge of additional RM25.00 will be levied for transfers before and after the above hours.

• ADVANCE BOOKING NOTICE REQUIRED - AT LEAST 3 DAYS WORKING DAYS.
• ALL VEHICLES ARE RENTED WITH 1/2 TANK OF GASOLINE ON RETURN WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

FUEL CHART

Standard Rental Qualification
The Hirer must meet the standard car hire rental agreement terms and conditions. (A copy is attached). Failure to meet the standard terms and conditions of a rental will result in refusal of rental. The hirer will be bound by the laws governing the Hire of the vehicle and any contravention of local laws, will result in fines by the authorities concerned to the hirer.

Vehicle Make and Model
Vehicle makes and models are correct at this time of submitting the proposal. The company reserves the right to vary the make and model of the vehicle but will make every effort to honor specific car model requests. Bookings will only be confirmed by group and not by vehicle type. All vehicles are air conditioned and fitted with radio cassette. Cars may be collected form an Airport rental station or any city offices and may be returned to any Hawk rental station within Peninsular Malaysia.

DISCOUNT
No further discount or deductions will be entertained on these rates under any circumstances.

Extension of Rental
Car hire charges billed to the Agent will cover only for the period stated on the agents Reservations Advice/MCO/Voucher. For any further extension of hire, the prevailing Standard Tariff less 35% discount will apply.

Insurance
General Insurance coverage of RM 3 million for third party damage, unlimited for third party death or bodily injury. The Hirer is obliged to promptly report any accident, theft or vandalism involving the vehicle to a HAWK rental office and / or the nearest police station. A valid police report will be required to allow HAWK's investigation of such accident. Failure to comply with the above may void all liability protection.

Cover for the loss of the vehicle by fire and theft are included together with cover for damages to the vehicle in excess of RM 2,500.00 for groups A to D and RM 3,500.00 for groups E and above. Missing items and or accessories are not protected by our insurance or Damage Waivable Reduction (DWR) and will be the responsibility of the Hirer, i.e. radio cassette, hub caps or any other accessory fitted to the vehicle.

Non Waivable Excess
Accident damages to the vehicle, irrespective of the nature of the Accident will incur the client the minimum amount payable for the damage i.e. The Non-Waivable Excess amount of RM800.00 for groups C-D, RM1200.00 for groups E, RM1500.00 for group F, RM2500.00 for group G and RM3000.00 for group J. Acceptance of Excess Reduction Fee does not waive the Non Waivable Excess.

Excess Hours
The rates are based on a minimum of 24 hours, and should the rental at the time of return, incur excess hours, the charge will be 1/5th of the Contract Rates. A grace period of one hour will be accorded to the Hirer.

Excess REDUCTION FEE
ERF charges for group C are @RM15.00 per day / RM105.00 per week, group D & E @ RM18.00 per day / RM126.00 per week, group F – G @ RM22.00 per day/ RM154.00 per week and group J @ RM25.00 per day / RM175.00 per week. Missing items and accessories are not protected by our insurance or by purchase of ERF and will be the responsibility of the hirer, i.e. radio cassette, hubcaps or any other accessory fitted on a vehicle.

Replacement Vehicle
HAWK guarantees a replacement vehicle should the need arise, of similar engine capacity from the nearest rental station, within in a period of 1 hour at any Hawk Station and within 2-3 hours if the vehicles is at a Hawk City or Town.

Refueling Service
A refueling service surcharge will be levied for vehicles returning with less gasoline than when originally rented out, over and above the cost of refueling. All vehicles are rented with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. Only unleaded gasoline must be used.

Deposit
A deposit of RM 400.00 (Three Hundred Only) is payable to HAWK upon collection of the vehicle. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle, less any monies due to HAWK.

Tax
All rentals are subject to a 5% Government Service Tax. Please refer to your rate schedule.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
“PAI” provides the Hirer and four (4) passengers Personal Insurance protection up to RM125,000.00 and is available at the rates given below. The coverage protects the Principal Hirer against injuries, both inside and outside the vehicle during the duration of the hire. Passenger’s cover is only confined to injuries sustained whilst in the hired vehicle.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) rates: -
C-G : RM8.00 per day/RM56.00 per week.
J : RM15.00 per day/RM105.00 per week.

Protection is only valid for the agreed of Hire as indicated on the rental agreement. An extension of rental of rental must be authorized by Hawk, failing which the “PAI” cover will not be valid.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE.

Driving License
Driver's License and Age - The hirer and any additional driver must be a minimum age of 23 years of age, possess a valid driving license; recognized and valid within the country of rental and must have a minimum of at least 2 year's driving experience. An International driving permit/license is preferred. There is no maximum age limit but the company reserves the right to decline rental to any person who is deemed physically unfit to drive.

Baby Seat
Baby seat and child strollers are available on request and such request must be made at the time of confirming the reservation. A surcharge of RM15.00 per day or a maximum charge of RM50.00 per rental.

Vehicle Usage
Hirer are not permitted to drive the vehicle into Thailand due to prevailing insurance conditions. Driving the vehicle into Singapore is not advisable, due to the existing Road Pricing and Vehicle entry requirements into Singapore. However, should a vehicle enter Singapore and incur any fines, we reserve the right to charge such fines resulting from any non-compliance of the road transport rules of Singapore will also incur a drop off fee of RM250.00.

Delivery and Collection Charges
For delivery or collection to towns where a Hawk office is not located, a delivery or collection fee will be imposed (the list is as attached). For delivery and collection before 0800 hrs and after 1900 hrs, a minimum surcharge of RM31.50 will apply. Vehicle pick up at KLIA between 1700hrs – 2100hrs will incur a surcharge of RM36.75. Between 2100hrs to midnight RM52.500, after midnight RM157.50.

A delivery or collection fee will be imposed on the hirer for delivery or collection of a vehicle to Hotel or any address outside 5km radium of a Hawk office.

Deposit / Cancellation / No Show
A deposit of MYR100.00 (per car per booking) will be taken upon confirmation of vehicle.
This deposit will be forfeited if car booking is cancelled less than 5 working days prior to pick-up date and in the event of NO SHOW.
For any bookings cancelled more than 5 working days prior to pick up date, a sum of MYR50.00 or 5% of the total cost (whichever is higher) will be charged for administrative fees.

Cancellation received less than 72 hours (3 days) before the pick up date will incurred a cancellation fee of one-day rental charge to HAWK. However if vehicle in groups E to J is transferred from Kuala Lumpur to any of the other cities for a booking and if cancelled, a cancellation fee of RM200.00 (two hundred only) will be levied.

Any changes to your reservation, amendment in booking dates, hour or vehicle type in full or in part, must be made through our office and NOT through the operator.

The amendments must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number and the email address you originally used to make your booking.

All amendment requests are subject to reconfirmation and availability.

If the amendment results in a refund of payment, an administration fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 5% of the total value or MYR 50, whichever is the greater.

If a vehicle in-groups F to V is transferred from KL to any of the other cities for a booking and if cancelled, a cancellation free of RM200 (Two Hundred only) will be levied.

Payment
All rental payments are to be made by credit card. Payments by cash or cheque will not be entertained.

Additional Driver
RM5.00 per additional driver per rental. A flat rate of RM15.00 if more than 3 additional drivers.

Emergency Assist
A 24-hour Roadside Assist Programme is available to the Hirer. A telephone number is displayed in the vehicles for emergencies, especially after office hours.
